Learning English is an essential tool in XXI century. Companies around the world and especially in Costa Rica need to hire professionals, who can think critically, adapt easily and innovate creatively. Definitely, the contemporary student has to be capable of redefining situations and providing effective solutions to unexpected challenges. 

Preparing students to come up with those abilities is not a spontaneous, even accidental, task. It is fundamental that teaches and parents help students to develop those skills, in order to cope with the demands of a globalized world.
